SUBJECT: COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT FOR EMPLOYEES ON SALARY LEVELS 1 TO 12 AND THOSE COVERED BY OCCUPATION SPECIFIC DISPENSATIONS (OSD) 2014/2015 FINANCIAL YEAR
The Minister for Public Service and Administration (MPSA) has approved the cost-of-living
adjustment of 7.4% for the 2014/15 financial year, effective from 1 April 2014. (DPSA circular no 2 of 2014, hereto attached).
Arrangements have been made with PERSAL to implement the salary adjustment. In respect of all
salary level 1 to 12 employees (permanent, contract and those on probation), the backdated
salary for April 2014, will be included in their May 2014 salary package.
