Attached please find the Term 4 PM Letter outlining IQMS and SPMDS processes and activities scheduled for Term 4. Reference is also made to CPTD forms which need to be completed by the Principal and Deputy Principal(s) and submitted together with the PM documents in November. Refer to the September Newsletter for more information in this regard or contact the District Office. Reminder: the District Code required on the Needs Assessment Forms is:  WC03

Please note that 5 templates/forms referred to in the Term 4 PM Letter are also attached.

Final Principals/ Deputy Needs Analysis;
School Profile Form.

Please ensure that the relevant personnel receive a copy of the letter (and templates/forms if applicable).
